You can delete your ScrubHub account in the app, or ask us to delete it from this page. You do not need the app installed to use the form below.
Delete it yourself in the app
- Open ScrubHub and sign in with the phone number on the account.
- Tap the settings icon, then Edit Profile.
- Tap Delete my profile and confirm.
If you still have an active booking, finish or cancel it first. The app will not delete the account while a job is in progress.
Or ask us to delete it
Send the phone number you use to sign in. We will delete the account and email you when it is done, if you give us an address to reply to.
You can also email contact@juze-tech.com with the subject “ScrubHub account deletion” and the phone number on the account.
What we delete
- Your sign-in account (the phone number used with Firebase Authentication).
- Your profile: name, role, saved locations, cleaner home location, search radius, and mobile-money payout number.
- Push-notification tokens stored on your profile.
What we may keep
- Booking, payment, refund, and payout records needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or disputes.
- Support reports already submitted.
- Records we are required to keep by law.
Those retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Payment card and mobile-money credentials are entered on MojoPay’s checkout and are not stored in ScrubHub.
